As a consumer you may cancel your contract within 24 hours without giving any reasons in writing by e-mail. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation. The revocation must be sent to the e-mail address of the confirmation emails.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right does not apply to:
1. goods already delivered (e.g. downloaded pictures)
2. custom-made

Consequences
When goods are already paid for the referral back a cancellation fee of CHF 80, - retained.
