This site contains images with a visible watermark and such images without a visible watermark. Tonsa Design GmbH allows you to use watermarked images unlimited and images witch are not watermarked, when they are offered as Free-Image.

Technical Usage
All images you can download are in the RGB mode. The digital display of pictures, paintings and drawings can be different to the original.

Refund Policy
Downloaded images are excluded for refund. For other products you may ask for a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. Note that this is possible only if you are able to immediately remove them in the original box(es) and that you must provide a well founded reason for your request. Costs of shipping belongs to the customer.

Trademarks
The trademarks, services and logos used and displayed in corvodinotte.com are registered and unregistered trademarks of Tonsa Design GmbH. corvodinotte.com trademarks may only be used publicly with the permission of Tonsa Design GmbH with proper acknowledgement. Except as expressly granted Tonsa Design GmbH does not grant any express or implied rights under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secret information.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tonsa Design GmbH against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use of any Image either alone or in combination with any other material, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material.
